• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic, neurological, post‑surgical, and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient goals and functional limitations.
• Deliver hands‑on interventions, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or traction.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure clear, accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and clinic staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area in compliance with infection control standards.
• Stay current with best practices through continuing education and professional development.
• Evaluate and treat hospitalized patients across medical/surgical units, ICU, orthopedics, neurology, and general medicine.
• Initiate early mobility and rehabilitation to prevent functional decline and promote safe discharge.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists for discharge planning and recommendations for continued care (e.g., home health, SNF, rehab).
• Document all care accurately and promptly in the hospital’s EMR.
• Provide evaluation and treatment to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post‑operative, and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans to meet functional goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, condition management, and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and modify interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
