• Cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms and care areas including certain departments in the hospital.
• Floor cleaning and refinishing for hard floors and carpet.
• Collection, packaging and disposal of trash, recyclables, Shred, and biohazard waste.
• Assist in the laundry process as needed.
• Responsible for monitoring mechanical equipment.
• Light snow removal from entryways.
• Demonstrates values and behaviors according to Values Statement.

• Must be able to read and write
• Must be familiar with cleaning chemicals and mixtures
• Must be familiar with floor care equipment

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Complete annual education requirements.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

• Maintain regulatory requirements, including all state, federal and local regulations.
