• Supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
• Providing guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensuring adequate staffing for our residents’ needs.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Iowa or a compact state, unencumbered.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting (preferable).
