As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect. You will assist in supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your unit, provide guidance and education to clinical staff, foster a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintain established infection prevention practices, and ensure adequate staffing for resident needs.

• Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.

• Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

• Passion for excellence and a drive to lead.
