As a Registered Nurse On‑Call, you will play a vital role in our 24/7 care model. You will respond to urgent patient needs, complete evening and weekend admissions, and support families during critical moments. Our unique 7‑days‑on / 7‑days‑off overnight schedule offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s)
• 1+ years of recent acute‑care experience required; hospice or home‑care experience preferred
• Current RN license in the state of practice and CPR certification
• Respond to triage calls and provide after‑hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care‑plan updates
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while offering education and support to patients and caregivers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communication
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

• Schedule:
  
  7 days on / 7 days off – Monday‑Thursday 5:00 pm‑8:00 am and Friday 5 pm‑Monday 8 am
