Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists for the following locations:

• Beacon Hill - Denison
• Renaissance Care Center - Gainesville

Pivot Rehabilitation is a therapy delivery and multi-faceted solution management company focused on improving health, advancing care, and lowering costs for aging populations.

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Review patient records for diagnoses, medical history, and contraindications.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatments to move patients toward maximum independence and/or function.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation technicians in direct patient care and related activities in accordance with state practice act.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and treatment programs to patients, families, and other team members.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure as an OT in the state of practice.
• Good communication skills; able to relate professionally and positively to patients, families, and staff.
• Capable of performing job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
