Provides physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.

• Optimize patient functionality and skills by providing, directing, and/or overseeing physical therapy.
• Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs.
• Directly supervise PTAs and rehab techs in skilled tasks during group and individual treatment, promoting efficient utilization of resources and ongoing skill development in compliance with state practice acts, OBRA, and company policy.
• Build a strong physical therapy program.
• Enhance clinical expertise, professional, and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists, other staff, self‑study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed of developments in the profession and healthcare environment.
• Understand various payment models related to billing and treatment guidelines, and deliver quality care with realistic goals and outcomes.
• Comply with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English for instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports.

Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.

• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
• Basic internet navigation skills.

• Valid physical therapist state license.
