Responsibilities

Texoma Medical Center (TMC) is a 414‑bed acute care facility located in Denison, Texas, serving the North Texas and Southern Oklahoma region. It provides advanced specialty services such as open heart surgery, neurosurgery and certified trauma care.

The MRI Technician is responsible for performing diagnostic MRI examinations and providing patient care and technical proficiency during imaging procedures.

• Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Prefer at least six months performing all radiographic procedures in a hospital setting.
• Must have ARRT® and be ARRT MRI eligible.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course required during orientation; must obtain State of Texas licensure as a General Medical Radiologic Technologist within 2 years.
• Current ARRT Registry in MRI preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills.
