Vascular Practice Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vascular Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our vascular specialty clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring efficient practice management and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the vascular practice, including patient scheduling, staff management, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to optimize workflow and patient experience
  • Manage billing, coding, and insurance processes to maximize revenue and reduce denials
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of care
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information
  • Stay current with advancements in vascular care and healthcare regulations to ensure best practices
Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related experience
  • Proven experience in healthcare practice management, preferably in a vascular or specialty clinic
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, coding, and insurance processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing healthcare environments
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
