Texoma Medical Center, a 414‑bed acute care facility, has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Position SummarySupervision of check‑in / check‑out, Medicaid eligibility and scheduling templates. Maintain CPR, BLS, certifications, etc., for clinic staff and providers. HR management (staffing schedules, staffing issues, interviews for new/replacement positions), A/R management (reviewing, creating and submitting claims and follow‑up on unpaid claims, printing statements), A/P (entering and preparing checks for signature, daily deposits), ordering office supplies. Maintain positive working relationships with director, staff, providers, outside vendors, and community partners.
Other duties as assigned.
A bachelor’s degree; 4+ years general management experience may qualify in lieu of a degree. Clinical experience as a registered nurse may also qualify in lieu of a degree. Four years of physician practice management experience. Working knowledge of healthcare in a physician office environment, including coding, reimbursement, and compliance issues. Typing and computer skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with medical terminology, and a strong work ethic.
