Performs supervisory duties involving progressively responsible experience with the coordination of crews engaged in the water and wastewater divisions. The employee performs related work as required.

- Must have ability to obtain TCEQ Grade C Water Distribution License and Type II Wastewater collector license
- Must have high school diploma/GED
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must have valid driving record sufficient for coverage by City’s auto liability carrier at the time of placement
- Excellent public relations skills

- Ability to withstand frequent standing and walking
- Ability to withstand frequently carrying and lifting objects ranging from 1-25 pounds
- Ability to withstand occasionally carrying and lifting objects ranging from 25-50 pounds
