The Willett Line Setup Operator on the production line is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining the tooling, Hysons, and transfer systems used on the Willett production line.
This role ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate production logs, downtime records, SPC charts, and tooling inventory; you will work closely with Production, Shipping and Receiving, Maintenance, Tool and Die, Quality Control, and Engineering personnel.
