Willett Line Setup Operator Position Summary
The Willett Line Setup Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining the tooling, Hysons, and transfer systems used on the Willett production line. This position ensures equipment operates safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate production logs, downtime records, SPC charts, and tooling inventory. The operator works closely with Production, Shipping and Receiving, Maintenance, Tool and Die, Quality Control, and Engineering personnel.
