CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR (RN) - ONCOLOGY/PALLIATIVE CARE

Join Texoma Medical Center as a Clinical Nurse Educator in our Oncology and Palliative Care units to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients and families. The role includes teaching, mentorship, quality improvement, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Develop and deliver educational curricula for nursing staff, residents, and allied health professionals.

• Serve as a clinical champion for patient‑centered care, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards of nursing practice.

• Provide direct patient care and serve as a role model for clinical excellence.

• Lead quality improvement projects and contribute to institutional policy development.

• RN licensure in Texas; MSN preferred, BSN within 3 years of hire
• Two years experience in acute care nursing
• Current Texas nursing license or compact; BLS, ACLS required; national certification preferred
• Demonstrated clinical competency, strong communication, team leadership, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
• Basic computer application skills
