ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse in the Home Health – GAINESVILLE unit, you will:
- Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.
- Lead and support the healthcare team, ensuring patient‑centered care and adherence to the Standards of Practice set by professional nursing associations.
- Demonstrate service excellence at all times and maintain a professional, collaborative approach with patients, families, and colleagues.

- BSN preferred; education required for licensure.
- Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; one year of full‑time home health experience preferred.
- Current RN license valid in the state of service; valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and BLS healthcare provider certification.
- Must pass all pre‑employment assessments and provide competent care to diverse populations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
