Position Details:Emergency Room Director needed for a hospital in North Texas. Candidates must have:
- At least 5+ years of ER / Critical Care experience in a general acute care setting with progressive management experience in ER management.
- 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in ER.
- NCC certification preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation certification required.
- Additional certifications: CEN, BSN, ACLS, BCLS.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, staffing, policy and procedures, physician relations skills.
