Emergency Room Director needed for a hospital in North Texas. Candidates must have:

• At least 5+ years of ER / Critical Care experience in a general acute care setting with progressive management experience in ER management.
• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in ER.
• NCC certification preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation certification required.
• Additional certifications: CEN, BSN, ACLS, BCLS.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, staffing, policy and procedures, physician relations skills.
