Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid LVN/LPN license

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Document relevant patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition in EMR in accordance with nursing practices.
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being of patients.
