Overview
Texoma Medical Center (TMC) is a 414‑bed acute care facility located in Denison, Texas, serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. TMC offers major specialty services, including open‑heart surgery, neurosurgery, and certified trauma care, operating as a regional specialty center.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. You will lead and support the healthcare team, champion Patient‑Centered Care, and demonstrate Service Excellence at all times. Standards of practice from professional nursing associations will guide your competent, safe, and professional practice.

Qualifications
- BSN preferred; licensure requirement or equivalent experience.
- 3 years experience in an acute care hospital or in epidemiology.
- RN or other clinical license required; obtain CIC within 3 years.
- Initiative to establish course of action for self and others; collaborative implementation of plans.
- Experience in microbiology, epidemiology, process improvement, and/or clinical education desirable.
- Analytical skills for gathering, analyzing data, preparing reports, and recommending action plans.
- Intermediate level skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs desirable.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
