Responsibilities
Texoma Medical Center (TMC) is a 414‑bed acute‑care facility that has served North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. TMC provides comprehensive specialty services—including open‑heart surgery and neurosurgery—and advanced trauma care to meet the region’s medical needs.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at TMC, your primary responsibility is to deliver safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. You will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, ensuring Patient‑Centered Care at all times. The RN will also act as a caregiver, decision maker, client advocate, marketer, and educator, performing community support, customer service activities, and referral source identification to maintain long‑term referral relationships.
Frequent travel to agencies and facilities within the community and occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

- BSN preferred; RN licensure required
- Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience preferred; experience in inpatient rehab, long‑term facility, home health, or general hospital settings
- Valid, current RN state license; BLS Healthcare Provider course required; ACLS and CRRN preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills; knowledge of CMS and JCAHO standards; self‑motivated and initiative‑driven
