Texoma Medical Center is a 414-bed acute care facility located in Denison, Texas. The Cardiac PCU provides open heart surgery and neurosurgery support, certified trauma care, and other specialty services.

The basic purpose of nursing is to provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Nursing provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, with an emphasis on Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence.

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time experience in an acute care setting.
• RQI BLS and ACLS required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course required.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served.
