DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You will have the opportunity to make an exceptional difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. No dialysis experience is required; training may take place in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic, and you will float to various clinics during and after your training.

• Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co‑morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills.
• Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Flexibly work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines before operating the water treatment system.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
• Functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire required.
