Responsibilities

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, dėks, 1 hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. Assists in the implementation of the Hospital Performance Improvement Plan by collecting, reporting, and analyzing data: identifying and addressing opportunities for coordinating activities and supporting the development and implementation of medical staff and hospital service performance improvement initiatives. Assists in achieving compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards.

• Per RN licensure requirement.
• Two years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Registered Nurse in Texas or compact
• Knowledge of licensure, regulations, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and state/federal standards. Knowledge of Performance Improvement methodology and Outcomes Management.
