Waitstaff

Want a great job with a fun atmosphere and a beautiful view? The Grill at 84 West is the place for you! We are seeking experienced, polished, and professional Waitstaff for our upscale restaurant in Denison.

This will be a dual Waitstaff/Bartender role. Must have bartender experience, Food Handlers and TABC***

• Takes customer food and drink orders and relays them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Greets and seats customers, presents menus, and answers questions about menu items.
• Serves food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Processes customer payments and makes change accordingly.
• Checks on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handles customer complaints and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Performs side work duties such as setting up and cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and polishing silverware.
• Attends team meetings as required.
• Adheres to the safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

• Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous Waitstaff experience or a similar role is preferred. Banquet experience is a plus.
• Requires knowledge of food and beverage service industry standards and practices.

Requires Food Handler's certification and TABC certification upon hire.
