As a Tax Associate at ILA, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our clients stay compliant while optimizing their tax positions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing the submission of tax filings for individuals and businesses.
• Conducting tax planning and providing strategic advice to clients.
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and staying updated on changes.
• Collaborating with our team to address client queries and solve tax-related challenges.
• Supporting audits and liaising with tax authorities when necessary.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients across various industries, giving you exposure to diverse and exciting projects.

We’re seeking someone with:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Tax certification is a plus!).
• Proven experience in tax preparation, planning, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
