Position: Accounting Services Consultant (Staff Senior Level) Based in Bali
Location: Denpasar

Accounting Services Consultant (Staff Senior Level) Based in Bali

Carry out the daily operation of financial accounting functions, including but not limited to invoicing, collection, disbursement, and settlement.

Carry out both internal and external coordination and correspondences relating to the process and procedures of financial accounting functions.

Verify and validate all relevant underlying documents of financial accounting transactions.

Carry out all journal entries into accounting system in accordance to applicable accounting standards.

Prepare and maintain all relevant working papers of the financial statements (listing, schedules, and reconciliations).

Prepare and assist for the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Prepare all adjustment journals (if necessary) for the month-end and year-end-closing purposes.

Draft the monthly and annual financial statements and its performance analysis.

Carry out the administration of all financial accounting documentations and filing processes.

Assist with audit preparation for the full set accounts of the financial statements.

Maintain good relationships with external parties on reporting requirements and compliance.

Other ad-hoc assignments by the Superior or Management.

Job Requirements

Preferably candidate who domicile in Denpasar - Bali
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting major.
Minimum of 2 year solid working experience in the related field (ex. Auditor is preferable).
Minimum of business level English conversant.
Having good knowledge of related financial accounting principles (local GAAP).
Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office package.
Analytical thinking and attention to details.
Proactive, initiative, and communicative person.
Enjoy working in dynamic business environment.
Working with direction from Jakarta Office
Available to join immediately.
