General Accounting

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable General Accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and experience using accounting software. You should be able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Journal Entries & General Ledger
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Inventory Accounting
• Tax Compliance (VAT & Withholding Tax)
• Accounting Systems:
  Xero, Jurnal, Accurate, Odoo, or similar
• Accurate Data Entry
• Month-End Closing Process

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with the month-end closing process.
• Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash records.
• Manage petty cash, including disbursements, reimbursements, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting documents and ensure proper filing of financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Support basic tax administration, including preparing documentation for VAT and withholding tax filings.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Use accounting software for daily bookkeeping;
  Xero experience is preferred

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Critical person, decisive and METICULOUS
  .
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  .
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software;
  Xero experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
  .
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Own a motorcycle and be willing to use it for work-related mobility.
