Monitor daily cash flow and payout activities, ensuring all incoming and outgoing transactions are properly tracked and aligned with the company's financial position

Prepare and maintain daily opening and closing balance reports, ensuring cash positions are accurate and properly reconciled across relevant accounts

Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, providing accurate financial information and insights to support management decision-making

Prepare payout distribution projections based on expected revenue, operational requirements, payment schedules, and available cash balances

Monitor and maintain OTA payment processes, including payment schedules, collections, settlements, and reconciliation of transactions from various Online Travel Agencies

Manage and monitor tax-related activities, ensuring tax obligations, calculations, documentation, and payment schedules are properly coordinated and completed within applicable deadlines

Review and reconcile financial transactions across bank accounts, payment platforms, OTAs, and internal records to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy

Act as the final reviewer for financial reports, payment summaries, payout distributions, and reconciliation results before submission or approval by management

Establish and maintain financial control procedures to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in daily financial operations
