Accounting & Tax Supervisor

You will supervise accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and control. The role includes support in monthly and annual book closures, intercompany transaction management, financial analysis, and reconciliation.

Conduct accounting closing processes; prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports independently

Review financial reports and General Ledger (GL) activities, examine account variances, resolve discrepancies, and provide clear explanations of fluctuations

Review expenses, accruals, prepayments, and chart of accounts to ensure accurate and consistent recording across all entities

Prepare and review documentation for journal entries, account reconciliations, and analytics to support internal review and audit processes

Participate in group-level initiatives such as audits, system improvements, intercompany reconciliations, and business process improvements

Implement best practices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of accounting operations across the company environment

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting

3-4 years of work experience in accounting and taxation

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience managing teams and working in creative and dynamic environments

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
