Timedoor is Bali-based IT company that provides services on website/mobile app/system development, online marketing, graphic design and AI System Integration. We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and creative staff to join our team as a Finance & Accounting Staff!

Position - Full Time

Job Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

Manage petty cash and daily cash flow, and process vendor invoice payments.

Prepare and issue invoices to students' parents.

Handle tax calculations and reporting, including Withholding Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (PPN), and e-Faktur, while maintaining accurate and organized financial documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and experienced with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or similar).

Solid understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian taxation.

Brevet Tax Certification is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, trustworthy, highly accurate with numbers, and accountable.

Willing to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.
