About the role

PT. SEASIA POWER TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an Accounting professional to join our Finance team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of our organisation. As an Accounting professional, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all accounting activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies.

This role is essential to supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of PT. SEASIA POWER TECHNOLOGIES.

• Recording and reconciling financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Preparing and maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring accurate account coding
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
• Reconciling bank statements and investigating discrepancies promptly
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Performing account reconciliations and identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information to auditors
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
• Maintaining organised financial records and documentation for regulatory and operational purposes
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Accounting System (Accurate) it's a big point for the role
• Reporting monthly employee's tax (Coretax)
• Reporting monthly BPJSK

• A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Diploma or Degree level minimum) minimum 2 years experience.
• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally within a similar operational environment
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements and reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience in the energy or power sector is preferred but not essential
