Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s in Accounting or equivalent
Have experience in related field minimum 1 year
Part of a team with senior in both Accounting as well as Cost Accounting and Admin assistant
Have a good attitude and willing to learn
Have a high responsibility in order to work with the deadline
Have a good understanding of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong skills in numbers and math
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of the larger team to bring a positive impact to the group
Proactive, flexible, self motivated and attention to detail
Job Responsibilities- Assist in costing of finished goods and unfinished product as well as the set up cost
- Oversee the entire production process from receive order into shipment arrangement
- Prepare shipping documents and arrange pick up
- Issued invoice for customers and record in their payment recap
- Communicate with clients globally
- Inventory of client samples, master, and molds
- Monthly sales report and assist finance team for annual financial report
- Prepare AP reports and other financial summaries as requested
- Support the finance team in audit by providing necessary documentation
- Taking care of daily administration and support needed for the team
- Compile administration data and report
- Any other additional job desc we may discussed based on work load
