Junior Assistant

We are actively looking for the following positions

GoBoat is seeking an energetic and reliable Junior Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support our management and operations by executing various tasks, from administrative support to hands‑on assistance at our 4 locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the tourism industry.

• Assist the Office team and Operational team with daily tasks and projects.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
• Help with marketing activities, including creating and putting up posters and banners.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and keeping records.
• Support environmental initiatives like beach clean‑ups and recycling efforts.
• Handle driving and delivery tasks safely and on time (own bike preferred).
• Find and negotiate prices for goods and services with different suppliers.

• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Own a bike and laptop (preferred).
• Currently in Bali.

• Eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proactive and responsible.
