Data Entry and Client Liaison

We are PT Karya Antara Negeri & PT Karya Antara Benua trading as Imatutu, our main business is BPO provides 24/7 for our affiliated offices in Taxi industry at Australia and New Zealand. Established in Denpasar - Bali since June 2023. Due to the expansion of the company, currently we're looking for:

Admin Transport Services Officer

• Data Entry & Record Management
• Accurately receive, input and maintain data detail of the client in the system
• Book and manage travel of the client thru calls, emails or text
• Monitor bookings to ensure travel occurs on time
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client data information
• Follow all organizational policies and escalation protocols

• Good comprehension of the English language to ensure accuracy
• Comfortable using booking systems, databases and Microsoft Office
• Experience in data entry, scheduling, travel coordination or contact‑centre environments
• Attention to detail will be key in this role
• Excellent communication and phone‑handling skills
• Strong organizational skills, excellent work ethic and team player
• Ability to work in shifts reliably (working 8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
