Job Description s

Handle administrative, operations and services to support business project related to student and/or lecturer service.

Support and ensure teaching learning operations (class distributions, student-teacher attendances, etc.)

Provide assistance and information on product features.

Support and ensure information of learning process services.

Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Creative and pro‑actively come with improvement ideas

Collaborate with all stakeholder (school partner, business, commercial, regional, etc.) to achieve better results

Requirements

Relevant bachelor’s degree

Former business / operations / sales experience preferred

Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs

Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
