Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Fluent in English, both verbal and spoken with good negotiation and influencing skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, sales support, administration, finance/accounting, or a similar role.
Experience handling documentation, data administration, and large volumes of numerical data.
Experience working with Excel is mandatory.
Experience working with CRM systems is highly preferred.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling pressure or challenging situations
Customer-oriented
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
Able to work under pressure and within tight timelines
Knowledge of aviation/MRO business processes is an advantage
Job Description:
Manage freight and storage data using CRM and Excel
Ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics data and documents
Handle administrative and documentation tasks for logistics projects
Coordinate with the Logistics team to maintain accurate data and processes
Monitor and follow up on missing or incorrect data and process issues
Ensure other departments follow established procedures
Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalating them to the supervisor
Support accounting-related tasks involving numerical data
Provide backup support for other Sales Logistics & PLB team activities when needed
Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
Perform other related duties as assigned
