Senior Fashion Designer

Tume Activewear is a women's active wear brand built around seamless and sculpting wear, clean lines, minimalist silhouettes, and modern colorways. We're developing a new natural-fabric line (cotton/bamboo) and looking for a Senior Fashion Designer who can help shape it into something elevated and fashion-forward. We're looking for someone who can think about a collection: how one fabric, one mood, becomes a range of pieces that feel cohesive and move well on the body.

Create design sketches (hand-drawn or digital) and mood boards for new collections

Develop active wear designs using natural fabrics (cotton, bamboo) with a modern, minimalist, colorful approach

Research current active wear trends and translate them into Tume's design language

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are realistic to produce (cut, construction, movement function)

Maintain visual consistency and brand DNA across every new collection

Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion/active wear design (portfolio required)

Basic understanding of pattern and garment construction — must know what's realistically producible

Strong visual taste — able to show it through work

Familiar with global active wear trends

Comfortable working with deadlines and fast revisions
