The purpose of a Content Moderator is to ensure a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and moderating user‑generated content, enforcing guidelines, and maintaining community standards. They play a key role in upholding content quality and preventing the dissemination of inappropriate or harmful material.

• Review all user‑generated content on your platform, including text chats, images, videos, and comments.
• Assess whether the content adheres to community guidelines, make sound judgment calls, and remove any material that violates the standards.
• Manage content safety for short‑video products to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Possess a deep understanding of policies and procedures and act swiftly to identify and remove inappropriate content before it can cause damage.
• Manage and address inappropriate content reports, applying company policy.
• Coordinate with supervisors to handle content that violates community guidelines and update operational standards.
• Perform audits of contents received for sharing on social media uploads.
• Review online videos/content/complaints/legal notices received from end‑customers regarding incorrect decisions taken related to copyright work materials.
• Review and update content on popular social media platforms.
• As this role may expose you to potentially harmful or sensitive content each shift, personal traits and self‑management skills are needed to manage unique risks in a fast‑paced environment.

• English communication skill (B2 level) + good verbal communication.
• Content moderation or BPO work experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates from all majors welcome (minimum D3).
• Able to start working immediately.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules including night shifts.
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali (Full WFO).
