Job Description s
  • Give welcoming remarks to guests and ask for feedback
  • Remind guest program
  • Handle guest complaints
  • Build and Maintain Good Relationships with Customers
  • Monitor and Resolve Service Issues
  • Record and Track Customer Interactions
  • Ensure that there are changes to the guest program and inform the Voucher Division
  • Check if there is a free transfer from the hotel to the airport
  • Manage Guest Feedback and Satisfaction Surveys
  • Coordinate with other divisions
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Proficient in english both verbal and written
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalat tactfully
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Familiarity with the company's products and services
  • A positive and professional work attitude
  • Attention to detail
