Amplitude is a skate and bike park located in Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia, known for its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Since opening in March 2016, it has become a popular destination for local riders and tourists of all skill levels. The park features ramps, bowls, rails, and diverse obstacles designed for skateboarding and biking practice, competitions, and events. With its spacious layout and smooth surfaces, Amplitude provides a dynamic venue for the community to connect and enjoy action sports in a tropical setting.

This is a full-time, on-site Floor Staff role based in Kuta. Floor Staff members help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment across the skate and bike park, including monitoring riding areas, checking equipment, and assisting with basic facility upkeep. The role includes welcoming guests, answering questions, explaining park rules, and supporting a positive visitor experience for local riders and tourists.
Floor Staff may assist with customer check-in, sales at the front desk or shop, and coordination of training sessions or events. The position involves working closely with the team, following safety procedures, and responding promptly to any issues on the floor.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Customer Service experience to support visitors, resolve issues, and ensure a positive park experience.
- Training skills to help guide guests on park rules, basic safety, and proper use of facilities.
- Sales abilities to assist with ticketing, merchandise, and promotions within the park.
- Ability to stand and move around the facility for extended periods and respond quickly on the floor.
- Basic understanding of skateboarding or biking culture is an advantage but not required.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English;
Indonesian language skills are a plus.
