Front Desk & Customer Service Executive | Aesthetic Clinic

Manage client bookings, cancellations, and waiting lists accurately.

Respond promptly to all client inquiries via Whats App, phone calls, Instagram, Facebook, email, and walk-ins.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all client communications.

Confirm and remind clients about upcoming appointments.

2. CRM & Administrative Management

Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client details and booking information.

Record client feedback and report to management.

Assist in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reception reports.

3. Coordination Between Departments

Communicate and coordinate efficiently between the medical team, therapists, and management to ensure seamless client flow.

Update relevant staff regarding last-minute changes, cancellations, or client requests.

4. Front Desk Operations

Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.

Manage check-in and check-out procedures professionally.

Provide product and service knowledge to assist clients with questions or purchases.

Process payments and issue receipts accurately.

Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality settings (Hotel, Wellness Facility, Spa, or Aesthetic Clinic).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems, booking platforms, and social media tools.

Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude.
