Padel Court Host​/Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented Host / Reception / Guest Relations team member to join our Padel Court in Denpasar

You will be the first point of contact for our guests and members. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive, assisting with court bookings, guest enquiries, check-in, and coordinating with the Padel and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Welcome and greet all guests and members in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage guest arrivals, check-ins, and court bookings.

Assist guests with court reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, and general enquiries.

Provide information about court availability, playing schedules, membership, promotions, and venue facilities.

Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Answer phone calls, Whats App messages, and other guest enquiries promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with the Padel team regarding court schedules, bookings, tournaments, and activities.

Coordinate with the F&B team to assist guests with café and restaurant services when required.

Assist guests with equipment rental, including padel rackets and other available facilities.

Monitor court schedules and help ensure bookings run smoothly and on time.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and elevate issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.

Build positive relationships with regular guests and members and provide personalized service where appropriate.

Assist with organizing tournaments, events, social games, and other venue activities.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest information, payments, and other reception-related information.

Process payments and assist with POS operations when required.

Ensure guests are informed about venue rules, safety guidelines, and court etiquette.

Support daily opening and closing procedures of the reception area.

Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.

Support other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Previous experience in guest relations, reception, front office, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Experience in a sports club,padel courts,fitness, hotel, restaurant, or leisure venue is a plus.

Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Comfortable using Whats App, booking systems, POS systems, and basic computer applications.

Able to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.

Able to handle guest complaints and challenging situations professionally.

Proactive, reliable, and responsible.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for sports, fitness, or padel is an advantage.

Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
