Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our Corporate Office team. You will design and coordinate with the team, management, contractors, and QS team. You will also inspect project work and conduct site visits. The Design Architect will develop and execute innovative architectural designs for our hospitality projects, requiring creativity, technical expertise, and sector knowledge.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to create designs that align with our brand and vision while ensuring contextual and environmental appropriateness.

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the overall project vision and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the project team, including site architects, engineers, and interior designers, to integrate all design aspects cohesively.
• Conduct site research and analysis to inform design decisions, considering local culture, climate, and community needs.
• Prepare conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up).
• Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback throughout the design process.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices within design proposals.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in architecture and hospitality design, incorporating innovative ideas into projects.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on hospitality and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project, Revit is optional, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and completed projects, particularly in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations in architectural design, particularly in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to be stationed anywhere during the project handle it until completion (up to 12 months).
