- Expertise in architectural working drawings, construction detailing, and consultant coordination
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Extensive experience in managing building permit documentation, regulatory approvals, and coordination with relevant authorities - Highly proficient in AutoCAD & Sketch Up
