Technical Architect (Hospitality or Real Estate)

• 1. A solid interest in prefabrication and modular construction;
• 2. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related programs;
• 3. Preferred minimal of 2 years' experience working at an architectural office; experience in a prefab company or modular projects is preferable;
• 4. Experience in wood and steel constructions; in-depth understanding of joint and connection details;
• 5. Extensive knowledge of construction materials;
• 6. Proficiency in using Revit.

• 1. Involvement in research and development of prefab components (walls, floors, ceilings, etc.), including 3D modeling and producing production drawings.
• 2. Collaborating with other members of the architecture team, as well as the interior design team, manufacturing team, and construction team;
• 3. Ability to assist with on-site technical issues; develop, iterate, and deliver design solutions promptly and consistently.
