Create 2D/3D furniture technical drawings according to design specifications. Ensure drawings meet production requirements through detailed coordination and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
Create 2D/3D furniture technical drawings according to design
Create detail specifications for dimensions, construction, materials, and hardware
Ensure drawings align with production requirements
Conduct revisions and checks on drawings before production
Coordinate with Designer, Production, PPIC, and Project Manager
Assist in resolving technical challenges during production
Review and mentor Junior/Staff Drafters
About you
Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
Understanding of furniture construction and materials
Ability to read and create technical drawings
Knowledge of furniture hardware and finishing
Attention to detail in dimensions and drawing specifications
Ability to solve technical problems
Ability to coordinate and mentor team members
