This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Consultant located in Denpasar. The Student Consultant will guide prospective students and their families in exploring suitable study destinations and universities, assist with application processes, and ensure all documentation is prepared and submitted correctly. Additional tasks include advising on visa applications, coordinating accommodation, providing pre-departure briefings, and keeping up-to-date knowledge about partner universities and programs to better assist clients.

• Strong knowledge and skills in customer service, consultation, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as application documentation, scheduling, and record management
• Ability to remain organized and detail-oriented, with familiarity in education consultancy processes
• Experience or understanding of visa procedures and international academic systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
