• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and student mentoring in tourism and hospitality-related courses.
• Develop course materials, conduct research, and contribute to academic quality assurance and curriculum development.
• Foster industry collaboration and support institutional initiatives that enhance student employability and academic excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree (Applied Bachelor's/D4 - S.Tr.Par) in Tourism
  , preferably in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Master's Degree (M.Tr.Par/ M.Par) in Tourism is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Ability to conduct research, develop learning materials, and contribute to curriculum improvement.
• Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE), higher education quality standards, and digital learning platforms is preferred.
• A collaborative mindset, high integrity, and commitment to continuous professional development.
