Tanggung jawab utama mencakup perencanaan, desain teknis, serta dokumentasi proyek. Kandidat yang ideal harus memiliki gelar S1 di bidang Teknik Sipil atau Teknik Pengairan dan minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang terkait. Ketrampilan dalam AutoCAD dan Civil 3D, serta kemampuan bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan sangat dihargai.
