Corporate Chief Engineer

This is not a site-only engineering job.

This is a corporate leadership position for someone who can build, protect, and elevate hotel assets — from construction to long-term operation.

We are a growing hospitality group with multiple hotels under one ownership. Our next milestone is the development of a 5-star beach resort, and we are looking for one engineering leader who understands both hotel construction reality and operational sustainability.

Your Role:

You will lead engineering from a corporate perspective, including:

• Overseeing the end-to-end development of a 5-star beach resort
• Representing the owner in all technical, construction, and engineering decisions
• Controlling quality, budget, timeline, and technical standards
• Coordinating architects, consultants, contractors, and hotel teams
• Ensuring hotels are built not just to open — but to last
• Setting and enforcing corporate engineering & maintenance standards across properties

• You have strong experience in hotel or resort construction
• You understand that poor engineering decisions create long-term operational pain
• You are firm with contractors and clear with management
• You think beyond handover and care about lifecycle costs
• You prefer responsibility and impact over fancy titles
