Engineering Supervisor

The Green Room Seminyak managed by PT. Indonesia Surfaris is currently looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on all‑rounder
, experienced in MEP
, and has been officially approved/assigned as a supervisor in previous roles.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor or senior technician with supervisor approval
• Strong all‑rounder engineering skills (civil, electrical, plumbing, AC, basic construction)
• Good understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Able to supervise daily engineering operations and technicians
• Experience handling preventive maintenance and breakdown issues
• Understands and can communicate in English (basic to intermediate)
• Good leadership, problem‑solving, and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering works
• Ensure all MEP systems run safely and efficiently
• Handle maintenance schedules, repairs, and emergency issues
• Monitor tools, spare parts, and equipment usage
• Ensure work is done according to SOP and safety standards
• Report to management regarding engineering conditions and needs
